Tactics Board – Soccer is made by CensaSoft, the brand of the Italian developer Andrea Rosario Censabella. The board grows in one way only: coaches write in to say what they are missing, and the requests that come back most often become the next features.

The story
The idea is simple: the magnetic board coaches carry to the touchline, on the phone in your pocket, except that it animates, saves every session and goes to the whole team in one message.
From the first version, every email and every store review has been read. Requests go on a list, and the ones that keep coming back are built first. Today the board runs on Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad and in the browser, and it is used by grassroots, youth, amateur and futsal coaches in 27 languages.
In December 2025 a Brazilian coach gave the board five stars and wrote that one thing was missing: a bench, because the players who start on it have a different job from the ones on the pitch. He was not the only one: the bench was one of the most frequent requests. Today every squad has its bench.
How the pages of this site are made
The pages on formations and drills are written for the people who coach: how the team lines up, what each role does, how to train it. Every diagram is drawn by the board itself, so you can open it with one click and move the players yourself.
