This policy explains what data Tactics Board – Soccer (the "app") uses, why, and what you can do about it. The app is made by CensaSoft, Andrea Rosario Censabella, an independent developer in Italy, who is the data controller. Contact: andreacensabella85@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
The boards, the names, the colors, the settings and the history you create are saved only on your device, unless you sign in to sync them (see below). They are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Services the app uses
The app sends some data to these services. Each one handles it under its own privacy policy, linked in the table.

The app does not collect your precise location or your contacts. We never see your full card details: payments are handled by Paddle, Google Play or the App Store.
Permissions
- Photos: only the picture you pick, for example as the logo of a team; it stays on your device.
- Notifications: for the timer and reminders; you can turn them off in the settings of your phone.
- Tracking (iPhone): the system asks before the app can use the advertising ID of your device; if you say no, it is not used.
The web version
The app also runs in your browser at app.tacticboardsoccer.com, and this policy covers it too, as well as the site tacticboardsoccer.com. On the web:
- Your boards stay in your browser: the boards, the settings and the history are saved in the storage of your browser on that computer, unless you sign in to sync them. They are deleted when you clear the data of the site from your browser.
- No cookies: Google Analytics runs without cookies and without its advertising features (Google Consent Mode, with storage denied), so there is no cookie banner. It counts the visits and the features used, and the errors of the app take the place of the crash reports of Crashlytics.
- Hosting: the pages are served by Firebase Hosting, the tool for cropping pictures by cdnjs (Cloudflare) and the font of the app by Google Fonts. Like any web server, they receive your IP address and the type of your browser to deliver the pages.
- Premium: Premium is read from your account when you sign in. If you buy it on the web, the checkout is run by Paddle, which may use its own cookies during the payment.
How long we keep data
Data on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. The services above keep their data for the time set in their own policies, and Paddle keeps purchase records as long as tax law requires; your account and its boards stay until you ask us to delete them. Feedback emails are kept as long as needed to answer you.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, or to object to its use, by writing to andreacensabella85@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The app is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Data sent to the services above travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we use only well-known providers and collect as little as we can.
