Who we are

Tactics Board – Soccer (the "app") is made and sold by CensaSoft, Andrea Rosario Censabella, an independent developer based in Italy, VAT number IT05890380875 ("we", "us"). Contact: andreacensabella85@gmail.com.

These terms apply to the app on the web at app.tacticboardsoccer.com, on Android and on iOS, and to the site tacticboardsoccer.com. By using the app you accept them.

The app

The app is a tactics board for soccer and football coaches: you can draw plays, animate them, start from ready-made plays, keep formations and squads, and export images, videos and PDF drill sheets. The free version has a limit on saved boards, formations and squads and includes only some of the ready-made plays.

Premium

Premium unlocks unlimited boards, formations and squads, every ready-made play, PDF drill sheets, your club logo on exports and sync of your boards on every device. It is sold as:

• Premium yearly: a subscription that renews automatically every year until you cancel it;
• Premium lifetime: a one-time purchase with no renewals, valid for as long as the app is offered.

Premium belongs to your account: sign in with the same account on the web, on your phone and on your tablet and it works on all of them, wherever you bought it.

Buying on the web

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders on the web. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns, and its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

The price, in your currency and with any tax due in your country, is shown before you pay. We may change prices for new purchases; if the price of a subscription you already have changes, you are told before the next renewal and can cancel before it.

Buying in the mobile app

If you buy Premium in the app on Android or iOS, the purchase is made with Google Play or the App Store and their terms apply, including how you cancel and ask for a refund.

Renewals and cancellation

A yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of each year and is charged to the payment method you used. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or from the account menu of the app: no more renewals are charged and Premium stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

Refunds

Refunds of web purchases are described in our refund policy.

Your content

The boards, plays and drills you create are yours. We keep them only to make the app work, as explained in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you add to the app, such as logos and pictures, and must have the right to use it.

Fair use

Do not use the app to break the law, to harm other people, or to attack, overload or copy the app and its services. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Our content

The app, its design and its ready-made plays belong to us. You can use them for your own coaching and share what you create with your team and staff, but you cannot resell or redistribute the app or its library.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the app and may change or remove features. We try to keep it always available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If we ever stop offering the app, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of data you did not save or sync. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and can bring a claim before its courts.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date. Important changes are announced in the app before they apply.
